The team at CBM are pleased to announce we are currently working on a £750k refurbishment project on Barbauld Road, in the heart of Stoke Newington. What was historically a bakery from 150 years ago, eventually became a number of flats which fell into disrepair. Now the building is in our hands; we hope to breathe some new life back into the premises.

It is with great pleasure that we can unveil our new and updated brand image, we commissioned Sparks Studios, an east London based design company, to renew our company logo and build our new website. We have completed the renovation of John Trotter Hall in High Barnet, this scheme was designed by MEB Architects, for the John Trotter Trust. The works consisted an extension, turning an existing church building into a new community hall., complete with new toilets and a storage area, as well as an industrial kitchen.
Guildford Christ Church is a project we have won through recommendation off the back of one of our larger jobs, Guildford Baptist Church. After 3 separate phases of this job we were recommended to the Christ Church and are happy to announce we will be undergoing the works for Thomas Ford & Partners. We will be ripping out the pews, installing new raised floors throughout, and adding a new induction loop, as well as new toilets and a commercial kitchen.
Mansfield Road is a project in North West London which will be the construction of a part 2 story / part 3 story building, to accommodate three 2 bedroom flats and 1 one bedroom flat, with a rear roof terrace at the first floor level. This project will include landscaping and external works as well as drainage and mains services.
Trinity Baptist Church in Bexleyheath is a project made up of several alterations to an existing church in Kent, designed by RDjW Architects whom we have worked with before on other projects within this sector.
This project, for a private client, is the refurbishment of a mews house in the Marble Arch area, with extensive underpinning works to form a basement kitchen and dining space, with a utility room and WC facilities.
5 Victoria Grove is a refurbishment to a luxury house in Kensington, for a private client. The property has sat dormant for several years as work previously started but the project was abandoned. Since taking over we have ripped out and rebuilt 3 curved staircases, from the 2nd floor down to the basement, and stripped out / reinstated services where necessary to meet regulations.
