CBM was awarded a traditional contract to fully refurbish and extend a property in Hackney, East London.
We made alterations to the structure, including new rear and roof extensions. This involved comprehensive temporary work – removing the main rear wall from the lower ground to second floor level.
We then created an impressive mezzanine and atrium feature.
Finishes include oak floors, a Magnet kitchen, stone work tops and high quality fittings and furnishings.
