Church renovation in Bexleyheath

Renovation and remedial works on a Church in Bexleyheath.

CBM were appointed to enhance and correct a 19th century Church located in Bexleyheath.

This church first required demolition and strip out procedures on selected areas. This was executed in a controlled and isolated fashion; to allow the Church to continue it's daily operations.

Internally, we altered the kitchen layout, involving temporary structural reinforcement then installation of new steel beams. This kitchen was stripped and refitted with all new appliances and decor, as well as update services such as an electrical rewire.

External works included a whole new refuse store and boundary wall, as well as the fitting of a steel fire escape. We also carried out remedial works to ensure the building was safe from leaks.
