The £600,000 scheme involved the construction of a four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence with the highest standard of finishes.

To fit the brief, we brought together beautiful natural products, traditional skills and the latest technology.

We installed a range of flooring in the three-storey house, including hardwood parquet and natural stone.

We fitted a bespoke kitchen designed by Philip Heaton of Bristol.

The property includes Lutron lighting controls.

CBM also managed extensive landscape gardening works to the exteriors of the residence.

This elegant family home was placed on the market, with a predicted sale in the region of £1.3 million.

Following the success of this project, we were awarded two further contracts by Henley Properties: another residential extension and refurbishment project in Esher, and a £200,000 high specification fit out of a new basement area at a private residence in Guildford.
