CBM have constructed a new residential development following a unique specification in Stamford Hill.
This project involved our team creating two 3-bedroom houses which have many eye-catching features.
The masonry constructed building is topped with a mansard roof, and displays it's unique design with an extravagant suspended balcony.
We began with demoiltion of the old garages on the plot. Working on a tight cul-de-sac, we made sure to take careful consideration for our neighbours and their properties to avoid any damages.
The build called upon traditional building skills in order to execute the project to a high standard. The clear style featuring contemporary fittings and contrasting colours stays consistent throughout.
