Our essential considerations here were robustness and accessibility. Most importantly, the scheme involved forming a link bridge to connect two areas of the building. This extension was executed in order to be cohesive (cosmetically) with the existing building, as well as vastly improving access for the Theatre's users.

Internally, we carried out DDA works to improve user access, security and functionality within the building. Additionally, our work involved upgraded insulation and M&E installations that ensures a comfortable stay for it's staff and visitors.

To complete the scheme, we redecorated the interiors to our usual high standard. Our overhaul gave this theatre group a highly functional space that they could be proud of.
