Luxurious residence with roof terrace - E3

Victorian offices converted to luxury residences in Bow, East London.

CBM was appointed by the Aitch Group to convert a crumbling Victorian office building into two luxury three-bedroom residences between Tredegar Square and Coborn Road in Bow, East London.

We worked closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors from Consol Associates, and Architects from Clear Designs.

First we carried out structural repairs to stabilise the building. We then formed roof terraces and bespoke glazed access solutions.

The residential fit out included staircases with oak treads and lighting in the risers. Beautiful wood flooring by Reeves was installed, along with kitchens by Commodore Kitchens.

Other high end finishes included Lutron lighting, internal brick cladding, polished plastering and quality fixtures and fittings.

The luxury residences were designed and specified over a 40 week period, to the highest standards, creating contemporary, stylish living spaces.
