This project involved building two new houses on Tongdean Lane, Hove. As can be seen in the images, both are consistently sleek, and executed to a high standard. From the pristine brickwork, down to the modern decor, this build allowed CBM to show off it's level of excellence. 

As an excellent example of modern residences, these houses utlise various features to keep up with the times and create the best living environment for the resident. Both houses feature modern kitchen fittings, in not only the look but the functionality. The same can be said for the bathrooms as well, with the rest of the furnishings and design upkeeping the slick, modern feel. 

Function must of course accompany aesthetics. The properties are secured via a pin-activated gate with intercom for security. Furthermore, the house effectively channels light through various glass fittings; including skylights, velux windows and bi-fold doors.
